“ Back to 4 stars and we are there again, a once a week on Tues for the 5/5 Country Fried Steak and Fried Chicken day. NOTE: We stopped doing Thursday Fried Fat-Back /Fried Pork chop day. Because the chops are sliced so thin now, that they come out over-cooked and dried out. The person that cooks the Fat-back needs to learn it should come out cooked looking whitest and NOT greasy dark. Great Wait Staff 5/5+, with only 1 waitress with an abrupt manner. Buffet Meal Cost for 2 People 2 drinks (Ice tea) $24.00 plus tip. ”
